Insurance on Unit Plans (Strata / Body Corporate / Owners Corporation)

fall into two types:

1. Residential Unit Plans

2. Commercial Unit Plans

The cover available for both types is not too dissimilar in that the property risks and exposures are nearly the same. Policy packages can be designed to cover the Unit Plans property, Officer Liability, Voluntary Workers, Fidelity, Audit Costs, Public Liability and where necessary – Workers Compensation and Machinery breakdown.
